Kurtt support is a small team. When you email us, you talk to the people who actually built the app.

Kurtt is launching soon. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you the moment you can get in.
Sign up, create your act, invite the others. Every act starts with 3 months free, so you can have the whole thing running before tonight’s rehearsal.
On the log in page, hit Forgot password. Kurtt mails you a reset link. It works for 30 minutes, so use it while it’s hot.
As the owner, open Members and invite them by email. On desktop, Members sits under Identity. They pick a password and they’re in. The invite stays valid for 30 days, even for the drummer.
Everyone around the music: band members, crew, a tour manager, your booker, an accountant. You pick their role when you invite them, and every role only sees what it needs. Only performers count for the price. The rest is free.
Sure. Switch between your acts at the top of the app. You also get a personal space for your own stuff.
Add it to the calendar. Rehearsals can repeat weekly. No confirmed date yet? Put in the option dates and Kurtt asks everyone: are you in? You’ll see who can make what.
Your act sees the shared calendar. Crew is invited per show and only sees that show, with their own call sheet.
For every show you can build a travel plan: who drives, who rides along, the addresses and the get-in time. Everyone gets it on their own phone.
Every show has its own setlist. Add songs from your repertoire, drag them into the right order, and export a PDF for the monitor guy who still likes paper.
A song can hold all its versions: demo, live, studio. Mark one as the main version and that’s what plays when you tap the song.
Hit the red button. Audio, video or a photo, straight from your phone. Kurtt asks which event it belongs to, so the soundcheck demo lands with the right show instead of somewhere in your camera roll.
Record anyway. Kurtt saves everything on your phone first and uploads it by itself when you’re back online.
By default, yes. Videos and photos go to your camera roll, audio goes to a Kurtt Recordings folder in your Files app. You can switch this off in your settings.
Every act gets 5 GB included. Kurtt warns you when it’s getting full, and you can add more whenever you need it.
Photograph the receipt. Kurtt reads the amount, the supplier and the date. Someone with money rights gives it a quick approval and it’s booked. No spreadsheet involved.
Yes. Your act has its own invoice email address, found in the money settings. Forward an invoice and it lands in your books, read and ready for approval.
Everyone in the act can see the balance and their own receipts. Approving and paying is for the people you gave money rights: usually the owner and the accountant.
They sign themselves up on your pages and confirm by email. That list is yours. No ads, no algorithm, no selling your audience.
You can import it. Every address gets one confirmation email, and whoever confirms is in. People who unsubscribed stay unsubscribed. They can always come back, but only by signing up themselves.
Every act gets its own site at yourname.kurtt.com, and every show gets its own promo page. One link to share wherever your fans are. Your own domain name works too.
Every act starts with 3 months free, all features. After that you pay for your act’s size, from €4,99 a month, never for features. The whole story is on the pricing page.
Nothing breaks and nothing gets taken away. The only moment you’ll hear from Kurtt is when you add a new performer above your bracket.
In your profile, under contact details. Kurtt asks for your password and sends a confirmation link to the new address. Click it and the switch is done.
Yes. On desktop, open your profile and hit Download my data. You get a file with your personal data, right away. No forms, no waiting.
Any time, right in the app: open your profile, go to Account and choose Delete account. Confirm it and your account and personal data are permanently removed. If you own an act with other members, you’ll hand over ownership first.
